The factory on 29.000 ㎡ has a capacity of 7000 tons of green olives as well as internal fermentation tanks for Kalamata and Black natural olives of 700 tons. .
We use the traditional methods of olive treatment adapted to the needs of present and are constantly investing in new specialized machinery for obtaining the highest quality products.
Initially our factory is located in the heart of Halkidiki region where the most worldwide well-known Halkidiki olives are cultivated. The peninsula has the best combination of distinctive Greek sunlight, sea and unspoiled land which gives a unique taste to the olives.
We have a very close relationship with the olive farmers and the ability to control the olives from the tree during the cultivation up to the final product.
